Returns policy
We want your first order from any brand on Wholesum to feel low-risk. The policy below covers trial-order returns. Damaged, faulty, or wrong items are always fully covered on any order — see the bottom of this page.
Trial-order returns
- Returns apply only to your first order from a given brand (your trial order). Reorders from that brand are final sale.
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unsold and in good, sellable condition — original packaging, tags intact, no merchandising stickers.
- Refunds are issued as Wholesum store credit to spend on the marketplace, not cash back.
- The shop covers return shipping.
How to start a return
- Open the order under Orders and choose “Request return.”
- Select the items and tell us why — we review within one business day.
- Once approved, ship the items back to the address we provide.
- Store credit lands in your Wholesum account within 5 business days of the brand receiving the return.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Always fully covered, on any order — trial or reorder. If something arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll refund or replace it at no cost to you. Return shipping is on us for these cases.
